The Great Transition Company is operated by Panorama LLC. These application terms remain pending approval. The separate privacy side is the IIC application privacy notice.
Terms of use
Not yet in effect. This notice has not been approved and published. Until it is, nothing in this application notice is a term or a privacy commitment. Great Transition does not deliver an IIC installation that includes the Teams app while this notice is pending.
The approved notice will cover:
- The publisher and the application: who provides the Institutional Intelligence Compiler and its Teams app, and the legal entity customers contract with.
- What the application is for: read-only discovery that runs in the customer’s own Azure subscription under the customer’s own administrators.
- The customer’s authority: which sources are read is chosen and approved by the customer’s administrators, and can be revoked by them.
- How these terms relate to the customer’s signed agreement with Great Transition, and which prevails.
- The approved contact for questions and notices about these terms.
- The version and effective date.
