Founding Company Cohort

Three companies.
A more considered
way forward.

Build the next version of your company. Start by understanding how the current one really works.

Great Transition is preparing a founder-led cohort for three digitally connected organizations. Begin with the Opening IIC Assessment: an evidence-led decision about where intelligence could change the operating model.

Discuss founding-company readiness

Scope, timing, and commercial terms are agreed after readiness.

A substantive first engagement

Buy a better decision.
Keep the choice.

Direct founder involvement, evidence you can question, and findings your team can take forward.

The first cohort brings unusually close participation as we validate IIC in real company environments. Evidence coverage, reconstruction quality, and delivery economics are still being established. Each engagement has a defined operating question, review responsibilities, and stop conditions.

The assessment remains useful when the right decision is to narrow, deepen, defer, or stop. Building a capability is separately approved and scoped.

A staged commitment

Start with enough evidence
to decide whether to go further.

Discuss readiness

Bring Operations and a Finance / economics owner. Establish the operating consequence, digital evidence, review capacity, and authority to change the work. Involve IT and security before evidence access.

The first conversation requires no tenant access or purchase.

Establish feasibility

Begin with readiness, authorization planning, installation feasibility and an evidence boundary. Receive a written proceed, narrow, or stop recommendation. Any actual discovery uses guided installation in your Microsoft/Azure across Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Entra, subject to authorization and qualification.

This is a bounded phase of the installed IIC engagement. Any discovery requires authorized installation; no intelligence finding is promised from uncollected evidence. Consulting-only delivery cannot replace the product. All four sources must qualify together.

Complete the assessment

If proceeding is justified, installed IIC reconstructs intent chains and institutional intelligence within the authorized boundary. Finance evaluates the economics; your people review and decide, with verified engineering handback and lifecycle where warranted.

Timing and coverage depend on evidence readiness and agreed scope.

What you take forward

The work. The economics.
The next decision.

A portable decision package with human review at its center.

A reviewed operating picture

Evidence and coverage register; current-state reconstruction; dependencies, controls, exceptions, authority boundaries, and unknowns.

A Finance-owned case

Operating burden and economic assumptions, with potential capacity distinguished from avoided hiring, cash savings, and new operating costs.

A prioritized investment

A recommendation and an evidence-bound engineering brief / Build Pack where warranted. A portable handback and lifecycle record.

Who belongs here

Enough connected work.
People ready to change it.

Fit depends on how the company operates, more than its employee count.

  • Meaningful cross-functional work leaves recoverable digital evidence.
  • A capacity, margin, quality, speed, or growth consequence is worth examining.
  • An executive sponsor can change how work is done.
  • Finance and domain reviewers can test and correct the findings.
  • The company can authorize installed Microsoft discovery; IIC identifies the valuable work.

When the findings warrant a build

A capability earns
its place in the company.

Implementation is a separate investment decision.

A bounded build establishes interfaces, controls, exception paths, acceptance criteria, and rollback. Operational transition follows customer acceptance, with training and support ownership agreed before handoff.

A closing reassessment compares the same business outcome. Evidence informs whether to maintain, remediate, stop, or fund the next capability.

Start with a conversation

Begin with the company you have.

A short conversation with the founder can establish whether a readiness session is worthwhile. Bring a high-level operating question.
